Step 1: Technical Inquiry & Load Sizing (Within 24 Hours)
Submit your electrical load requirements, installation altitude, ambient temperature, and application type (Prime, Standby, or Continuous). Our engineering team provides a detailed proposal including load calculations, engine/alternator pairing, and fuel consumption estimates within 24 business hours.
Step 2: Engineering Configuration & Sign-Off
Customization options are verified and locked down, including ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) modules, silent/canopy soundproofing levels (e.g., 70-75 dBA @ 7m), parallel control systems (Deepsea/ComAp), and heavy-duty air filters.
Step 3: Manufacturing, QC & Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
Units undergo full factory testing as per ISO 8528. Video factory acceptance test (FAT) reports are provided to the buyer prior to shipping.
Step 4: Logistics, Delivery & Documentation
Generators are packed in export-standard wooden cases or protective film wraps. Complete original documentation is provided: Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Wiring Diagrams, Parts Catalogs, and Certificate of Origin (CO).
